Haft Dastgah Association aspires to be the ultimate organization for the research and preservation of the classical Persian
music tradition and presentation of this rich legacy to Americans and Canadians. It also focuses on involving citizens of
these countries in creating awareness and passing on this valuable cultural heritage.
Haft Dastgah Association’s mission is to conduct public presentations and workshops related to classical Persian music
and teach classical Persian music throughout North America. Haft Dastgah also focuses on creating and publishing
materials such as educational compact discs (CD) and digital video disks (DVD).
